A Life Coach has the ability to view things from afar giving a unique objective perspective to challenges, opportunities or situations within a client’s life. Unlike therapy, Life coaching is a synergistic relationship between a life coach and a client. The coaching process addresses and examines what is going on right now, and choosing a course of action to make the client’s life be what they want it to be. A Life Coach not only provides expertise and experience but also accountability and focus to actioning positive and rewarding change.
A coach helps clients to take conscious control, empower themselves, and learn to design their lives. Coaches help clients to discover possibilities that would otherwise remain beyond their wildest dreams.
Just imagine what the benefits to your companies’ bottom line could be when you have happier, empowered and life conscious staff
What a Life Coach is not
Life coaching is not therapy. Coaches don’t work on past-based issues or traumas. A life coach is not a psychologist or psychotherapist. If you start the process of life coaching, and have not resolved a past issue, then it is very likely you will be referred to work with a therapist to resolve the issue.
