We follow a clear process:

First we offer a free no obligation consultation

This initial contact creates the opportunity for you to analyse the initial challenges and discuss the potential solutions we can provide for your employees and design a coaching strategy for your company

Next we provide a in house coaching experience

One days coaching in house. This can be as a drop in session offered to all employees or pre planned coaching with selected employees. In this initial session we’ll identify the key challenges and opportunities and create a plan of how to address these.

That’s when the Coaching work really begins

Coaching can continue with a once a month in house experience or via skype/telephone (with monthly and bi-weekly options) over 3, 6 and up to a max 12 months.    

Employees receive  in-depth support. This is complemented by assignments, resources, and telephone / email support throughout the engagement.  

We work with clients on a retainer basis to deliver on the agreed objectives in the Coaching Plan.  Example structures would be:

INHOUSE EXPERIENCE (6* coaching sessions and 6* coaching plans)

INHOUSE MONTHLY Sessions (6* 60 minute session)

SKYPE/ TELEPHONE – (1* 60 minute session)

BI-WEEKLY (2*60 minute sessions)
